Main Mission:
The Front Desk/Visitor Services Agent is responsible for welcoming, informing, and assisting visitors at the Museum of Illusions. They are also responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of visitors throughout the museum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Museum of Illusions visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile.
- Provide information and guidance to help visitors make the most of their experience.
- Manage visitor flow to minimize waiting times.
- Sell admission tickets, merchandise, and additional services.
- Check admission tickets to prevent fraud.
- Handle cash register operations and payments.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the quality of visitor reception and the overall museum experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in French and English (a third language is a plus).
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with visitors and colleagues.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good understanding of museum operations.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ticketing software.
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2), preferably in tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
- Significant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- High level of availability and flexibility (including weekends and public holidays).
- Energetic, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
