What you will be doing

  • Analyze efficiency across marketing channels in order to help build global marketing activations, working with the cross-functional teams (Brand, Digital..) for a seamless implementation.
  • Explore MOI market needs globally and deliver insightful analysis helping the branches to make fast and facts based decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase MOI visitors while maximizing business profitability.
  • Take ownership of the marketing and customer OKRs reporting by creating customized reports and improving the available ones.
  • Collaborate with Business intelligence team for marketing & customer data projects (marketing mix modeling, channel test design)
  • Assess market feasibility for entry, and create business forecasts for new and existing business units.
  • Contribute to the global marketing strategy through ensuring data-driven and fact based decision making
  • Provide recommendations for enriching the customer data with internal and external data sources.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues (both local and HQ teams) and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

What you should bring along:

  • 4+ years of work experience in business analytics, market research and/or category and user behavior insights delivery
  • Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into market execution).
  • Comfortable in reporting on established performance marketing KPIs and turning insights into actions
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL is mandatory / Python is a plus) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Well-grown communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • High-end expertise with Excel /Google Sheets/PowerPoint is a must
