Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, versatile, and proactive individual with a strong background in administrative support. They should have experience supporting multiple locations with remote teams and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. The candidate should be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and working efficiently across different departments.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project-based support to our United States museums.
  • Support the United States corporate office with various administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand and support museum processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information and assist in sourcing vendors, suppliers, equipment, and services.
  • Manage day-to-day support for retail orders, guest outreach, and website updates.
  • Assist in rolling out new initiatives, best practices, and technologies to optimize internal processes.
  • Work with the Operations Team to implement standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
  • Experience providing administrative support to multiple operational teams highly desired.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with WordPress and Synesis is a plus.

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 base salary commensurate with experience.

Physical Requirements/Demands

  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard, use a laptop and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to properly express oneself, exchange information, communicate and converse with diverse cultures, races and sexes.
  • Must be able to use sight to detect, determine, perceive, observe, inspect, and assess situations.
