Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Development Specialist to join our Franchise Support team and work on the successful launch of new franchise locations, collaborating with different departments such as architects, account management, finance, marketing and other.


Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Understanding:

  • Gain valuable insights through techniques such as customer validation and understanding customer needs
  • Understand the franchisor/franchisee relationship and effectively use cross network insights to increase the success rate for new franchisees

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, service, product, software development, content, marketing, legal, operations, and finance
  • Assess ideas, motivate teams for timely execution, and ensure seamless alignment in the go-to-market process
  • Advocate for customer success across all internal departments

Market Learning:

  • Apply learning strategies, including market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis, to enhance market knowledge of the company and franchisees

Project Planning:

  • Strategically plan all phases of new franchise launches in alignment with internal procedures, overseeing the entire process

Progress Tracking:

  • Establish measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective tracking of launch initiatives and activities
  • Monitor and report on new franchise launches to a broad audience of internal and external stakeholders

Standards Development:

  • Innovate and advocate for standards on upcoming franchise openings while ensuring consistency and adherence to established guidelines


Needed qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of project management, bonus if you have experience in go-to-market strategies in new markets and initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • High proficiency in English
  • Ability and interest to travel to museum locations worldwide
