Marketing Specialist Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Zagreb. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in offline marketing, with a strong organizational skill set, and the ability to work collaboratively with both local and global teams. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities, from the creation of marketing collateral to supporting franchise initiatives and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.


What would You get to do:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, etc.
  • Assist in the creation of core assets - including on-location photoshoots.
  • Collect and compile local market reports, expenses and manage asset/folder categorisation.
  • Coordinate with local and global teams, as well as external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and analyzing key metrics to optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Execute franchise support initiatives (campaigns, presentations, research, Mktg COMMs trainings, etc) – communication with internal and external teams.
  • Brainstorming on new marketing activations and initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Support in the development and implementation of brand guidelines across the network – standardization and benchmarking.
  • Monitor brand performance and conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand enhancement – existing and new markets.


What you should bring along:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in offline marketing is essential, ideally from a background in account management at a creative agency or as a marketing specialist in a non-digital environment.
  • Experience in maintaining and developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Proficiency in English language (B2 or C1 level)
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
