Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify any learning gaps and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct tailored training sessions for groups of 10 or more, both in-person and virtually, ensuring attendees learn subject matter within the context of their roles
  • Guide and develop learning strategies to support business objectives; strategies may include implementation of new systems, processes, communication planning and change management
  • Develop, create, and regularly update training materials and user documentation
  • Contribute to the administration and general maintenance of the LMS and develop and/or update existing learning courses according to needs
  • Implement training programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance course effectiveness
  • Maintain knowledge of business systems and platforms to support daily business functions
  • Recommend and oversee modifications/additions to LMS based on field observation and data
  • Assist Retail team by conducting product demonstrations as needed
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and propose possible solutions to drive business forward
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on usage, evaluation, and effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Monitor learner response to training using surveys, feedback, and focus groups and make necessary changes to training materials or facilitation methods
  • Collaborate with leaders across the company and other members of the HR team to facilitate needs-based analysis and establish customized curriculum as needed


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed. The position is on-site in Zagreb, Croatia.


Travel

Flexibility to travel to museum sites approximately 40% of the time a month, with the possibility of increased travel during peak periods

Needed qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the same or similar job with the same or similar key responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • High proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel to museum locations internationally
