What you would get to do:

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets from multiple sources to inform marketing teams.
  • Research and analyze a variety of market intelligence inputs, including market trends, competitors, and demographic data, using primary or secondary sources to support creation of reports and tools
  • Provide actionable insights that help optimize marketing strategies for different customer groups.
  • Create and maintain detailed marketing performance reports. Customize and improve existing reports to meet the needs of various teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop clear and compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights and trends to the marketing team and other departments.
  • Develop presentations that are informative, engaging, and tailored to the needs of marketing and management team.
  • Work together with the Senior Data Analyst to contribute to the analysis of marketing channel efficiency to support the development of global marketing activations.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues from both local and HQ teams, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.

What you should bring along:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in business analytics, market research and/or category and user behaviour insights delivery
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL is mandatory / Python is a plus) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • High-end expertise with Excel /Google Sheets/PowerPoint
  • Comfortable in reporting on established performance marketing KPIs and turning insights into actions
  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Proficiency in English is a must
