Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with franchisees and partners
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide valuable insights
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance certain aspects of business
- Provide day-to-day support and oversee orders, complaints, website changes etc.
- Integrate new initiatives, tools, and technologies to optimize internal processes
- Work with the team to establish and implement standards and procedures
- Keep up to date with accurate and latest information (stock availability, order forms, catalogues etc.)
- Creating offers in collaboration with the Supply department
Needed qualifications
- 1 or more years of working experience in the same or similar job with the same or similar key responsibilities
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of MS Office
- High proficiency in English
- Experience with WordPress and Synesis is a plus

- An open-minded individual with proven collaboration and communication skills and the ability to collaborate well across different groups
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational skills
