IT Business Analyst

Zagreb, Croatia

About us

Museum of Illusions is the world's largest and fastest-growing museum chain with 59 locations in 26 countries, and big plans for further expansion. Our original concept was launched in 2015 and quickly became a recognizable global brand and leading attraction in each city where it was launched.

Our young and motivated team is rapidly growing, and we invite you to join us in our mission to bring interactive, immersive, and fun experiences to everyone eager to have their mind blown.

Position Overview:

We’re scaling fast — and so is our technology landscape.

As our IT Business Analyst, you won’t just “gather requirements.” You’ll be a key enabler of smart, sustainable system delivery across ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and future platforms. Reporting directly to IT leadership, you’ll help us shape how Museum of Illusions implements, adopts, and evolves its business systems — ensuring they support real people, real processes, and real growth.

What you would get to do:

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP, HRIS, and other core systems (NetSuite, Roller, Workday, etc.)
  • Map and document key business processes
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, UAT coordination, training material prep, and post-go-live support
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional leads to build a repeatable system enablement model
  • Support the setup of key user networks, internal knowledge hubs, and system documentation
  • Help drive enhancement planning, change request intake, and prioritization frameworks
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors (THE20, software providers, consultants)

What you should bring along:

  • 2–4+ years in a Business Analyst, IT Systems, or ERP support role
  • Experience supporting at least one system implementation (ERP, HRIS, ticketing, CRM, etc.)
  • Hands-on with process mapping, documentation, and UAT support
  • You’re structured but flexible – able to create clarity in chaos
  • Curious, thoughtful, and a pattern-finder
  • Comfortable talking to both end users and system vendors
  • You believe tech should serve people, not the other way around

Considered as a plus:

  • Experience in scaling/startup/global environments
  • Exposure to Workday, NetSuite, or ticketing and inventory management platforms
  • Understanding of change management and user adoption principles
  • Comfort working with cross-cultural teams and async collaboration

What you can expect from working with us

  • Full-time salaried position with a bonus structure
  • Supplementary and additional health insurance
  • Young, vibrant and ambitious team to work with
  • Fun, exciting and industry-leading concept to manage and develop in Zagreb
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses and provision of the warm meal

If you don’t think you meet all the criteria but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box - we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas and have some interest and capabilities in others.
