Position Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and proactive FP&A Specialist with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support strategic financial planning and analysis efforts across our network of over 60 museums, playing a key role in driving insights, optimizing financial performance, and supporting long-term growth objectives. What would you get to do:
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across MoI’s museum network.
- Analyze financial performance against forecasts and provide actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by monitoring key financial metrics, making recommendations to drive financial performance.
- Support investment decision-making by evaluating ROI, business cases, and project financials.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What you should bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or ACCA/CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a multinational or multi-location organization or experience in Financial Advisory Services in Big4 or similar companies.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
