Position Overview:
As we continue scaling our museum network, commercial operations, and customer experience, we are looking for an ERP Application Specialist. This role supports everyday ERP use and helps keep core processes running smoothly across Finance, Operations and other teams. The person will handle functional issues, maintain key system settings and reports, work with consultants on improvements and take part in testing and rollouts. Over time, they’ll also support small project coordination tasks and help ensure teams use the system in a consistent, aligned way.
What you would get to do:
- Provide day-to-day functional support to ERP users across Finance, Operations and other business units
- Troubleshoot functional issues, guide users through correct processes and handle user inquiries
- Maintain roles, permissions, configuration tables, lookup values and workflow adjustments
- Create and maintain saved searches, dashboards and reports
- Support data validation, data quality checks and perform CSV imports
- Coordinate with external consultants on fixes, enhancements and testing
- Participate in testing activities (UAT), document results and validate delivered changes
- Support onboarding of new subsidiaries/entities in collaboration with consultants
- Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous optimization of business processes
- Assist in project coordination tasks, gradually taking on project management and change management elements
- Work within established ticketing/change processes, ensuring clear documentation and structured follow-through
- Maintain system documentation (config records, functional specs, release notes) and support basic oversight of integrations
- Provide basic end-user training when needed and help align processes across Finance, Ops and Sales to ensure consistent system use
What you should bring along:
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance preferred, supply chain or sales acceptable)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, others acceptable)
- Analytical, structured and comfortable working with data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
- Detail-oriented, proactive and motivated to learn the system in depth
- Capable of documenting processes, testing solutions and working methodically
- Interest in gradually taking on project coordination and change management
