Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategy and management of company growth and Museum development operations.
• Develop and execute strategy for growth in the United States and across the globe.
• Identify new markets and launch museums in selected markets.
• Establish performance measures, monitor results and evaluate performance.
• Oversee project management, including buildout process, architecture and design, and installation identifying contractors and other partners, and developing relationships with real estate partners.
• Support franchise operations.
• Position requires 30% domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Development/Project Manager or related occupation
• Demonstrated experience with: international franchise operations, negotiating franchise agreements, buildout process for new developments, financial reporting, setting up project management procedures, and developing museum marketing materials.
