Architect Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be helping us create immersive experiences that combine education and entertainment for Museum interior spaces worldwide. Your role will involve collaborating with local architects, and other design professionals to develop innovative solutions that meet the requirements.

Together we can design your to-do list, which will include tasks like:

  • Visiting site locations to analyze space availability and design needs
  • Conceptualizing spaces to balance function and aesthetics with an emphasis on interior design
  • Creating initial design sketches, 3D renderings and design documentation for museums across different locations
  • Preparing project documentation and cost estimates within the allocated budget and timelines while tackling different construction markets
  • Coordinating projects through internal and external consultants with a wide-array of expertise including contractors, fabricators, designers to create a unified brand experience
  • Communicating across the Museum of Illusions network, coordinating projects with clients and reporting directly to the manager

 

If you recognize yourself in this list, let us know:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 2+ years of working experience in relevant positions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines/targets
  • A detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Excellent English comprehension and communication
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling programs, and Adobe CC package is mandatory
  • REVIT/BIM knowledge is preferred
