Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with franchisees and partners
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze the historical performance of Museum of Illusions (MOIs)
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance individual museum performance
  • Conduct efficient and effective training for museum staff
  • Provide day-to-day support and oversee operations of museums
  • Integrate new initiatives, tools, and technologies within the museum network
  • Drive increased sales and overall business results for museums
  • Work with a new team to establish and implement standards and procedures
  • Contribute to the setup and onboarding of local staff for museum openings worldwide
  • Manage and foster the growth of museums

Needed qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the same or similar job with the same or similar key responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • High proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel to museum locations
