Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with franchisees and partners
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze the historical performance of Museum of Illusions (MOIs)
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance individual museum performance
- Conduct efficient and effective training for museum staff
- Provide day-to-day support and oversee operations of museums
- Integrate new initiatives, tools, and technologies within the museum network
- Drive increased sales and overall business results for museums
- Work with a new team to establish and implement standards and procedures
- Contribute to the setup and onboarding of local staff for museum openings worldwide
- Manage and foster the growth of museums
Needed qualifications
- 2-3 years of working experience in the same or similar job with the same or similar key responsibilities
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of MS Office
- High proficiency in English
- Ability to travel to museum locations
