Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Franchise support department. The Account manager at the Museum of Illusions is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with franchisees ensuring their needs are met, and driving overall satisfaction and success of the franchise network. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the museums in achieving their goals.
If you join our Franchise support team you will be communicating with our franchise network about their sales & marketing efforts, monitoring and analyzing their business performance, and collaborating with them & our internal departments on achieving strategic business goals.
