Position Overview: 

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Franchise support department. The Account manager at the Museum of Illusions is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with franchisees ensuring their needs are met, and driving overall satisfaction and success of the franchise network. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the museums in achieving their goals.


If you join our Franchise support team you will be communicating with our franchise network about their sales & marketing efforts, monitoring and analyzing their business performance, and collaborating with them & our internal departments on achieving strategic business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned franchisees, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests promptly
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze the historical performance of Museum of Illusions (MOIs)
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with franchisees to discuss performance, provide updates, and gather feedback
  • Provide strategic advice and support to franchisees on how to leverage Museum of Illusions’ products, services, and marketing strategies
  • Prepare and present performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the franchise network
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance individual museum performance, integrate new initiatives and technologies
  • Provide day-to-day support and oversee operations of museums
  • Drive increased sales and overall business results for museums
  • Work with a new team to establish and implement standards and procedures
  • Contribute to the setup and onboarding of local staff for museum openings worldwide
  • Build and nurture relationships with franchisees and partners

Needed qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the same or similar job with the same or similar key responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • High proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel to museum locations
  • Experience and/or knowledge of (digital) marketing and sales is a plus
